Welcome to the Caribbean Culinary Institute
Established in 2018, our aim is to nurture the culinary artists of the future. We are dedicated to preserving and passing on the mastery of and appreciation for the culinary arts.
Our chef tutors have a wealth of knowledge and experience developed in kitchens from across the world and our classes are greatly influenced by these experts who have had real world experience in renowned international and local establishments.
Whether it be the at home culinary enthusiast or the professional cook, Caribbean Culinary Institute offers classes for students of all levels in a multitude of themes suitable to every palate.
Classes are developed to deliver accurate education and build the confidence needed to consistently execute great food for your friends, family or customers every time.
There are no pre-requisites for our classes except a passion for Culinary and Pastry Arts.
- Closed toe shoes are required for all classes (preferably sneakers).
- All classes involving the consumption of alcoholic beverages are restricted to persons 18 years and over. Persons below 18 years require parental consent.

In our 2 – 3 hour long classes, students will be more involved during the demonstrations.
In our 4 – 8 hour long classes involve separate demonstrations and chef guided practical sessions akin to professional culinary classes.
